Lake Oconee has been home to the Hutchcrofts for almost 20 years. During that time, the building industry has become a way of life for them. Curt began his career working for his uncle who was a builder in Santa Barbara, California over 30 years ago. He came to Lake Oconee, Georgia as a project manager for a prominent custom home builder. Most recently, Curt worked as a partner with a local builder where he eventually decided to obtain his own contractor’s license. Curt’s eye for detail and commitment to achieving his clients vision is what drives him. He does this while delivering a quality home they can both be proud of.
Angie is no stranger to the building industry herself. For over 15 years she worked as the accounting manager for a local builder. While there, Angie was responsible for providing clients with detailed financial reports on their projects. She managed all aspects of each build budget. Along with Curt, Angie too joined the partnership with a local builder. For two years she had the pleasure of not only managing the accounting and maintaining the budgets on each project, but she also worked directly with clients to help make selections. Angie’s passion for design and love for working alongside her clients to achieve their vision for their home is what sets her apart.
Together, Curt and Angie established Hutchcroft Homes in 2017. They are known in the custom home industry for their meticulous detail and commitment to build exceptional homes for their clients.
